The tower includes 84 single-bed rooms, five new surgical rooms, a rooftop helipad, satellite medical imaging, 480 parking stalls and the On the Right Track Privacy curtain system.

MIP is proud to have OTRT be a part of this project. On the Right Track is a differentiated privacy curtain system that allows for improvements in Infection Control, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Services and Patient Comfort.
On the Right Track offers a standardized, quick switch panel system that can reduce labour efforts by 90% while keeping employees off step-ladders. Recently many studies have been released regarding infection control required in regards to privacy curtains, and On the Right Track's ease of use encourages a consistent exchange of panels for laundering.
